this is my first post of year 2008!
i hope everything has been great for everyone out there!
my wishes for year 2008:
to be happy!
to be healthy!
my love ones love me more!
friendship/sisterhood remain strong!
last but not least, find a suitable + well paying job!
its time to start writing my resume & hunt for jobs!
new year eve, i was with dada.
we had our dinner at my secret garden before heading over to st james.
da’s friends were all there.
his friends, especially shawn, can hold drink very well.
must ‘siam’ when he’s around.
his ultimate goal, of course, is to get everyone drunk.
he likes to say “bottoms up” n NOT “cheers”.
there is a difference between ‘bottoms up’ n ‘cheers’.
‘bottoms up’ means 干 杯.
‘cheers’ means 随 意 (as you wish).
so basically that night we drank glass by glass / mug by mug.
NOT sip by sip.
that day i’m not really drunk la, not yet, but i definitely have that warm feeling which alcohol gives me.
anyway, that was really an enjoyable night.
