Yesterday bf and I went to adora green show room.
Yes we are applying flat! *grin.
Seriously, I hope we can get it!

I love one of the 5 rooms design which has an additional balcony at the master bedroom.

The balcony at the living room is pretty big as well.
Bf said we can play mj there. *haha.

Look at the kitchen, it's pathetically small!
But that's good for the future maid, likely it's me!

Althtough we love the flat, pricing is still a concern.
5 rooms range from $520k to$650k.
For us, we need to fork out 5% CASH for downpayment due to our total income.
And we just get to know there's an additional stamp fee of 3% (if I remember correctly) as well! *sigh. 
We thought the 3% stamp fee is only applicable to ec/condo.
And aside from the 5% cash, we need to work out on the CPF monthly installment too.
Bf says we probably need to fork out cash monthly. *sigh again.

We hope the unit we select is less than $600k, and everything is solved!

I wana be a billionaire, so fricking bad.
Buy all the things I never had.

My chinese new year was great!
It was all about gathering, had good food, LOST money at bun luck and mahjong, collected ang baos, had bak kwas.
In a nutshell, it was pretty darn awesome!

This year luck was not at my side.
Play bun luck, lost $.
Play mahjong, also lost $.
Kaoz!
Total lost about $200! Sadness.

The holidays are over, whether your like it or not! *wails*
Nothing more to look forward to. =(

My valentine's day was simple yet sweet.
We had our dinner at Angus Steak House at Takashimaya.
A peek at the outside, the decor looks classy.
I like the paino located near the entrance which plays music automatically.
Saying about the food, a word to describe, it's fantabulous!
It's really nice though a little pricey.
It was a great experience for myself and bf.

Talking about the food and price, I have something to share.
Look at the valentine menu below.

You have a choice of 'Angus Beef', 'Wagyu Beef', 'Kagoshima Beef', or 'Mixed Seafood'.
No price was stated for the set meal.
But there was a price list for the ala carte main courses and 'Kagoshima Beef' is the most expensive among all.
I thought the set meal was fixed price, thus I selected the most expensive main course which is 'Kagoshima Beef'.
And when my bf foot the bill, we then realised the set meal was charged according to the main course we ordered.
The rest of the entrée, dessert and whatever were foc.
Hahahaha, lesson learnt; if in doubt, flat out!

First Entry of 2011

After reading effie's blog, I really have the urge to update my blog regularly AGAIN! Hope my passion will last. =)

I stopped blogging because I'm pretty active in fb and thus my friends can check out my latest update there. And honestly, I'm lazy to upload photographs here since I will upload them in fb. =P I guess you will see more write up here rather than photographs. Nonetheless, I WILL TRYYY to put some pictures here too, not to make my blog looks dull. 

Since its cny period, I hereby wish everyone a happy 兔年! May all people blessed with good health & wealth! But I didn't strike 4D last weekend, sad. Gambling also no win no lose. Well, doesn't matter, I'm looking forward to this weekend gambling. As usual, my friends are invited to my place for buffet and gambling. Let me alone huat ah! =D

WHERE ARE YOU?

my mood is excellent!
not because today is finally my last day at vsme.
(yes i’ve extended a day of service to help my department head.)
it’s because i’m going holiday with bf tomorrow!
we are going to bkk, again, for me.
i’m really happy because i don’t have to worry anything about work during the trip.
three cheers for WORK-FREE!

today is the last monday in vsme.
counting down to my last day, which is on coming friday.
there’s nothing much to do anymore.
basically transferring tons of files and backing up my emails to server.
i had handed over 80% of my work to colleague, left with 1 account only.

i heard gossiping in factory.

i've been splurging pretty much lately.
my monthly shopping expenses can be as high as up to $700!
(that's excluding my daily meals and other commitment.)


have been monitoring my expenses but i realised the more i monitor, the more i spend!
because i know very well how much i'm left with every month!

just yesterday, i can spent bloody $80+ at watson.
*shaking my head.

i should have used my hard earn money more wisely.

how to get rid of the lazy worms that have been crawling in my body since...?!
i’m horribly and unbelievably lazy!
lazy to get up to work.
lazy to do my work.
lazy to keep my room neat & free from dust.
lazy to help my parents on house chores.
lazy to wash my car myself.
lazy to treat my bf better.
lazy to treat my gfs nicer.
lazy to go for yoga/workout regularly.
lazy to read.
lazy to tabao food for myself when there’s nothing to eat at home.
lazy to blog.

however, i never feel lazy to meet my bf at all!

i have been slacking way too much.
i need something/somebody to kick my ass real hard to wake me up!
hopefully my new working environment can motivate me.
in fact, the benefits already motivate me!
yes i’m leaving my current company on 26th march.
i’m pretty happy that i managed to get the job but sad to leave my colleagues.
i’m going to miss the gossip and laughter.
miss working in a comfort zone.

i’m going into a different industry.
from manufacturing change to construction.
of course i’m not working as a bangla.
i’ll be working as a design engineer; liaising with clients and doing engineering design and calculation.
actually i applied for key project engineer but they offer me with design engineer instead as they find me green for the key project engineer position.
nonetheless, i’m willing to give it a shot.

my relationship is pretty smooth, thou at times we bicker.
*crossed fingers.
that’s v common in all relationships i supposed.
i always look forward to weekends so that i can see my bf.
we seldom meet on weekdays due to work and other commitment.
the time spent with bf during weekends is like fast forwarded.
in a blink, its saturday and in another blink, its sunday.
can i have 48 hours/day on every friday, saturday and sunday, please?

my blog has been awfully quiet for the past months!
not due to lack of activities, in fact, i’m pretty packed since november until now.

first, my BT to china ningbo from 18th-26th nov’09.

highlights:
1. extended my stay from 21st to 26th Nov.
2. road closure due to foggy weather hence changed my flight from 12am to 8am.
3. flight delayed from 8am to 1pm due to bad weather condition.
4. missed my flight to BKK, i was supposed to go BKK with my gfs on 26th, 6pm.

to conclude, i was suay to max.
