this morning i drove to national skin centre.
scheduled for a chemical peel.
this is a procedure where a layer of acid/chemical is applied to the surface of the skin to achieve varying degrees of exfoliation.

during d treatment, there was sensation of slight pain or burning.
there’s temporary redness n swelling over d treated areas.
“tanning” of d skin occurred in d treated areas (will eventually fade within a FEW MONTHS).

well, i look super ugly now!
hope d hyperpigmentation (skin darkening) in d treated areas would fade off ASAP!
forbid myself from going out today.
but tomorrow i want to go out!
supper @ katong, cheesecake café or serangoon, bean curd pudding?
i actually prefer cheesecake café.

yesterday had a short catch up with my gfs @ lot one.
sorry that i had to leave slightly earlier.
went to meet eileen n friends after that.

wed night was supposed to watch harry potter.
already booked d tics online.
suddenly we don’t feel like watching.
smart da asked whether we could change to another show when we were collecting our tics.
surprisingly we were allowed to!
caught ‘perfect stranger’ instead.
d film starts off poorly.
improve somewhat in d middle, with a couple of tense scenes like d one in d car with willis suspecting berry of being a spy, or berry’s entrance into ribisi’s secret room, n a few interesting views of d net-chatting world.
not satisfying after all.

ahhhhh...!!!
i'm literally bored to death!
