No playing of violin or piano but I m extremely contented with d place darling brought me to. Totally awesome! It was @ Swissotel The Stamford, Equinox: level 70. Woo~ d place looks posh with panoramic view and of course their service was excellent.

Saw d yellow circle? That was where we sat.

We were asked to try their cocktails but I was not interested so we had ice water (they call still water) instead. A bottle of still water was served ($12!!!). Nothing special about d taste but d bottle was beautiful (Forgot to snap a picture of that). //laughing*

Subsequently, we ordered an appetizer: Maine Lobster, Seaweed, Tomato-Ginger Tartare (Crisp Vegetable Slaw with Rice Paper wrap). See how it looks like:

I tried their Baked Cod (Soft Potato Puree, Teriyaki Spring Onion Mirin-Garlic Sauce)-signature dish and dar had Beef Tenderloin and Deep-Fried Foie Gras (Salsify with Horseradish, Madeira Sauce)-also signature dish. Yum Yum! Delectable!

After we had finished our main courses, we were given d dessert menu. I was too full to try their dessert thus I rather had a cup of cappuccino. Dar ordered a glass of don't know what red wine. He said it tastes awful! //laughing* luckily I never tried.

I had received my fourth birthday present from my best uni gang, Rong, Serene, Jason, Mr Ho peh peh n Kelvin. A top from Victoria Secret n a Lip Gloss from Estee Lauder. The top is so SEXY (as in very low cut). Thank u guys! Love ya~

I m still looking forward to d day I received my birthday present (MacBook) from my parent. This morning I received a call from 8flags saying Apple having shortage of stocks, thus I've to wait for another week or 2. Sigh~ I know they are having promotions everywhere so I already expected there would b lack of stocks. Sigh~ *Waiting*

End of story. Have to go down Mac to study.
